Rastriya Banijya Bank is issuing bonds worth Rs 2.5 billion

Kathmandu. Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited is going to open the issue and sale of debentures from 2082 Baisakh 7. The bank is going to issue ‘7 percent RBBL Debenture 2088’ at an annual interest rate of 7 percent for a period of 7 years.

The bank has stated that it is going to issue 2.5 billion General investors can apply for 950,000 units of the bond.

Investors will have to apply for a minimum of 25 units and can apply for a maximum of all units. The bank has informed that the issue will close on Baisakh 10 at the earliest and on Baisakh 21 at the latest.

Sanima Capital Limited is the bank’s securities issuance and sale manager. Investors can apply from banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service approved by the Nepal Securities Board and their designated branch offices.
