Rastra Bank seeks suggestions for monetary policy for next fiscal year

Kathmandu. Kathmandu: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has initiated the process of bringing monetary policy for the upcoming fiscal year 2082/83 BS.

Issuing a notice on Monday, the Rastra Bank has sought suggestions from the concerned bodies for monetary policy. According to the NRB, the concerned agencies can send their suggestions through e-mail to the Department of Economic Research by July 15.

As per the provisions of the Nepal Rastra Bank Act, 2058, the annual monetary policy should be brought within 15 days of the start of the new fiscal year.
