Kathmandu. Nepali Congress General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma has accused former King Gyanendra Shah of being the main culprit behind the Tinkune incident. He said this while talking to reporters outside the Parliament building on Sunday.

He said that the former king should seriously think about the fact that the state had given the former king more facilities than the constitution had provided. He insisted that the former king should take full responsibility for the Tinkune incident. He expressed his anger at the former king for not issuing a single statement when people were killed in a criminal incident. He questioned what kind of king some citizens were looking for by re-establishing a former king who did not understand the boundaries set by the state.

General Secretary Sharma said that it was sad that the opposition was obstructing the parliament even though the Prime Minister was ready to answer in parliament.
