Protests in Maitighar demanding home minister’s resignation

Kathmandu. Protests have been held demanding the resignation of Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak. The protest took place at Maitighar Mandala on Tuesday.

All (Revolutionary) Akhil (Socialist), ANNFSU Youth Association Nepal, Young Communist League and Nepal Youth Organizations staged a demonstration against corruption, human trafficking and treason in immigration visit visas.

They have demanded the resignation of the Home Minister. They are holding placards such as ‘Manav Taskar Sarkar Murdawad’, ‘Incompetent Home Minister Resign’, ‘Home Minister’s income’ daily income is Rs 5 million, Rs 150 million per month and Rs 200 billion annually.
