Kathmandu. Prabhu Insurance for the fiscal year 2019/20. Shareholders will be paid dividendfrom the profit of Rs 081. As per the decision of the board of directors of the company held on June 10, it has been decided to pay a total dividend of 10.94 percent to the shareholders.
The company has decided to give 18 percent bonus shares and 0.94 percent dividend for tax purposes on the basis of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.44 billion. The company has decided to submit the dividend to the regulatory body Nepal Insurance Authority for approval.
In addition, it will be approved by the Insurance Authority and distributed after it is approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
