Kathmandu. Radhi Electricity Company Limited has reconvened its postponed special general meeting. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Chaitra 3, the special general meeting called on Chaitra 3 was postponed due to lack of quorum, and a meeting has been called for again on Chaitra 11 at 8 am at Himshikhar Party Venue, Lalitpur Chapagaun.
The meeting will amend the company’s articles of association and regulations, including amending the issued capital to be equal to the paid-up capital remaining after the issue of right shares.
It will authorize the board of directors, appoint two directors, and approve the appointment of an independent director.
Also, the company has informed through a notice that the book has been closed for the purpose of the meeting on Falgun 25. .
