PM urges to make investigation and prosecution verifiable

Kathmandu: Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has urged the government to help in the delivery of justice by making investigation and prosecution authentic and effective with the use of technology. Inaugurating the 3rd National Conference of Investigative Police and Prosecuting Public Prosecutors here today, Prime Minister Oli called for investigation and prosecution in such a way that justice can be delivered in a hassle-free manner with the facts of prosecution and evidence.

“Timely legislation and effective implementation is necessary to create a humane and just society by conducting many research studies and research to prevent injustice in the society and to manage the society,” he said. For this, there is a need for educated, capable and honest human resources with proper resources and resources. The government is committed to providing these materials and opportunities,” he said, adding, “There should be cleanliness, impartiality and transparency in the police force.” The government will pay necessary attention to the service facilities so that they do not have to think about the facilities. ’

Prime Minister Oli said that the police should be resourceful with new technology to control the criminals immediately as criminals use many ideas and technologies to cover up the crime.

At the conference attended by Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, Attorney General Ramesh Badal, PM Oli urged the government to provide equal rights and opportunities through systemic arrangements and focus on development, order and good governance. The conference will conclude on Saturday at the Police Headquarters.
