Kathmandu. The general meeting of Bishal Bazaar Company Limited has been postponed. The company’s 34th general meeting, which was scheduled to be held on Falgun 28 (tomorrow) at Nepal APF Club Halchowk, Kathmandu, has been postponed.
The company’s shareholder Sunil Kumar Shakya had filed a case in the Patan High Court demanding that the company’s general meeting be postponed. After Shakya filed the case, the Patan High Court issued a notice on Tuesday ordering the general assembly to be stopped.
A joint bench of Patan High Court judges Tanka Prasad Gurung and Rishi Raj Bhandari ordered the general assembly to be stopped.
