Over 500,000 shares of Nepal Life on sale

Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company has put up for sale 502,112 shares.

The company has put up for sale the promoter shares owned by the founder shareholder Prudential Capital Management Company. The company has stated that only the existing promoter shareholders of Nepal Life can apply for the shares at present.

The existing promoter shareholders who are interested in purchasing the said shares must apply to the central office of Nepal Life at Kamaladi, Kathmandu within 35 days of the publication of this notice.

The company has stated that if the founder shareholders do not apply for the shares, the sale of shares will be opened to other individuals and institutions.
