Bhaktapur. ‘Daura Chulo’, operated in Palanse, is a restaurant that serves authentic food with pure Nepali taste.
The main attraction here is that dishes made from pork, local chicken, goat and goat are cooked in a wood-fired oven with hand-ground spices and cooked in a home-style taste. The vegetables used here are organic and the mohi, which is produced by the restaurant itself, is also the main attraction, says Bishnu Prasad Sapkota, the restaurant’s owner. .
