Kathmandu. The main opposition parties have concluded that Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak should resign.
The meeting held at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwor, demanded the resignation of the Home Minister, accusing him of being responsible for the alleged irregularities seen in the context of ‘visit visa’.
Aam Janata Party Chair and lawmaker Prabhu Sah, who was present in the meeting, argued that the proceedings of the House could not proceed until the Home Minister resigned.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and CPN (Maoist Centre) Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ held a telephonic conversation during the meeting of the opposition parties.
