One person died after drowning while swimming

Chitwan. A person died today after drowning while swimming in the Narayani River.

The deceased is 18-year-old Kumar Nepali of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-17.

He was rescued after falling unconscious in the river in Majhuwa and was brought to Chitwan Medical College for treatment, but he died during treatment, informed Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Rabindra Khanal.
