Baitadi. A person has been arrested from here with a loaded gun and wild animal skin. Pal Bista, 51, of Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-8, Chaurathali Kalagau in the district, was arrested with a loaded gun and wild animal skin, said District Police Office spokesperson Police Inspector Baldev Badu.
Based on a special tip-off, a team deployed from Temporary Police Post Talladehi arrested Bista with a loaded gun, seven rounds of lead bullets, two ghoral skins, and two ratuwa skins, he said.
Badau said that he was arrested after a loaded gun and wild animal skins were found during a search of Bista’s house on Tuesday afternoon. He informed that Bista was taken to the Area Police Office, Patan, for further investigation after it was found that he had a gun at home without a permit.
