Kathmandu. Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited is going to issue an IPO from Magh 21. The company is going to issue an IPO for Nepalese employed abroad.
The Nepal Securities Board had received permission to issue 30 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 600 million, i.e. 18 million shares worth Rs 180 million, at a face value of Rs 100 each. Out of which, 10 percent, i.e. 180 thousand shares, are going to be issued in the first phase.
Nepalese employed abroad with labor approval from the Government of Nepal can apply for this by Falgun 5. When applying for IP, you can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 10,000 units.
The company will reserve 5 percent, i.e. 90,000 units of shares for the collective investment fund and 3 percent, i.e. 54,000 units of shares for the company’s employees, and issue the remaining 1.476 million units for the general public in the second phase.
Nepali people employed abroad can apply through all ASBA member banks and financial institutions approved by the Nepal Securities Board and through Mero Share Online. Prabhu Capital Limited will act as the securities issuance and sales manager.
