Kathmandu. Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited is going to issue an IPO. The company is set to issue an IPO to the general public from Falgun 27.
The company has received permission from the Nepal Securities Board to issue 1.8 million units of IPO worth 180 million rupees, equivalent to 30 percent of the issued capital of 600 million rupees, at a rate of 100 rupees per unit.
Out of which, in the first phase, 180 thousand units have been distributed to Nepalese employed abroad, 54 thousand units to company employees, and 90 thousand units to collective investment funds.
The company is going to issue the remaining 1.476 million units to the general public in the second phase. When applying for this, you can apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 10,000 units. Interested individuals can apply by Chait 3rd at the earliest and by Chait 12th at the latest.
Investors can apply using Mero Share Online, as well as all banks and financial institutions that have received ASBA permission from the Nepal Securities Board and their designated branch offices. The company’s securities issue and sale manager is Prabhu Capital Limited.
