Kathmandu. Om Megashree Pharmaceuticals Limited has issued an IPO for the general public from today.
The company has received permission from the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal to issue 18 lakh units of IPO worth 18 crore rupees, equivalent to 30 percent of its issued capital of 60 crore rupees, at a rate of 100 rupees per unit.
Out of which, in the first phase, 180 thousand units have been distributed to Nepalis employed abroad, 54 thousand units to company employees and 90 thousand units to collective investment funds.
The company has issued the remaining 14 lakh 76 thousand units to the general public in the second phase from today. When applying for this, a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 10,000 units can be issued.
The issuance is expected to close on Chaitra 3 at the earliest and on Chaitra 12 at the latest.
Investors can apply online using Mero Share, as well as all banks and financial institutions that have received ASBA permission from the Nepal Securities Board.
