Kathmandu. Janata Samajwadi Party, Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav has commented that the Nepali Congress-NCP-UML coalition government has proven to be incompetent.
Chairman Yadav made this comment while presenting the political, organizational report and proposals at the party central committee meeting held at the party central office on Sunday.
He also accused the government of limiting itself to empty slogans rather than good governance, prosperity and development in the country after its formation. He said that the public’s frustration with the government is increasing.
Chairman Yadav said that the government has proven to be incompetent and unsuccessful due to its failure to protect national interests and establish a foreign policy that is in line with national interests.
He accused the government of remaining silent despite evidence that leaders of the parties participating in the government and their family members were involved in major corruption scandals.
He mentioned that the KP Sharma Oli-led government has adopted a policy of manipulating and weakening other parties to extend its life.
He said, ‘The formation of the government It seems that the country is limited to empty slogans rather than good governance, prosperity, and development. The public’s frustration with the government is growing. The government has proven to be unsuccessful and incompetent due to its inability to control corruption, maintain good governance, and achieve prosperity through economic development.’
‘This government has proven to be unsuccessful and incompetent due to its inability to control corruption, weaken the federal democratic republic, weaken the country’s economy, fail to bring policy and institutional reforms, fail to build a production-oriented economy, fail to improve the supply system and increase production and create employment, fail to provide quality services, fail to control corruption and ensure good governance, end various forms of discrimination in society, fail to maintain environmental balance, protect national interests, and establish a foreign policy conducive to national interests,’ he said.
He also accused the government of being intent on acting against the multi-party system provided for by the Constitution.
