Kathmandu. Ruling Nepali Congress MP Dr. Chandrakant Bhandari has criticized the government for not recovering billions of rupees in arrears from Ncell. Speaking during a special session of the House of Representatives on Tuesday, he asked, “Does Ncell’s arrears not have to be recovered?” He has also questioned the government.
MP Bhandari stated that the government was not concerned even when issues such as Ncell and electricity bills not being collected, ships being grounded, etc. came to light, and demanded that the government immediately inform the parliament about them.
He also expressed anger that democracy has turned into a looting regime for a few people. MP Bhandari also expressed dissatisfaction over the government’s failure to provide the necessary budget for development and construction.
