Kathmandu. NMB Microfinance Institution has decided not to distribute any dividends (cash and bonus) to shareholders in the fiscal year 2080/081.
The 170th meeting of the Board of Directors of the institution held on Falgun 23 decided not to distribute dividends in the fiscal year 2080/081 and to submit the financial statements of the same fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval for publication.
