Kathmandu. NIC Asia Microfinance Institution Limited has called for its 7th Annual General Meeting. As per the decision of the company’s board of directors held on Falgun 11, the meeting has been called for 9 am on Chaitra 8 at Gorkha Hotel Sunsari.
The company has not proposed any dividends to the shareholders. The share structure will be revised in the meeting.
A special proposal will be presented in the meeting to make necessary amendments to the company’s memorandum of association and regulations and to authorize the board of directors for the same.
The annual report of the last fiscal year, including financial statements, will be passed in the meeting.
The meeting will propose the appointment of an auditor and determination of remuneration for the current fiscal year.
Also, the company has decided to close its books for one day on Falgun 28 for the purpose of the general meeting. Accordingly, shareholders who have held shares until Falgun 27 will be able to participate in the meeting.
