NIC Asia Bank’s net profit is Rs 15.5 million, here are other indicators

Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank Limited has made public its unaudited financial statements for the third quarter of the current fiscal year. The bank has earned a net profit of Rs 156.7 million in the first nine months of the current fiscal year, which is 91.81 percent less than the same period of the previous fiscal year.

The bank had earned a net profit of Rs 1.9148 billion in the same period of the previous fiscal year. The bank’s net interest income has decreased by 2.76 percent during the review period. The bank’s net interest income is Rs 7.962 billion.

Similarly, the bank’s total operating income is Rs 9.1922 billion, distributable profit is Rs 3.5692 billion. The bank, which has a paid-up capital of Rs 14.91 billion 75 million, has a reserve fund of Rs 14.81 billion 30 million.

The bank has collected deposits of Rs 294 billion 61 million and made loans of Rs 233 billion 434.3 million by the end of the third quarter. Similarly, the bank’s EPS is Rs 1.40, PE ratio is 266.64, net worth per share is Rs 199.30, NPL is 1.92 percent, CD ratio is 83.47 and base rate is 7.20, the statement states.
