Nerude Mirmire Microfinance will not pay dividends

Kathmandu. Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to pay any dividend to the shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year 080/081. The decision to not pay dividend was taken as per the decision of the board of directors of the company held on Chaitra 7.

Also, the company has decided to submit the financial statements of the last fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
