Kathmandu. Nepali citizens will be able to take sweat shares for providing technology or knowledge or services of a specific nature to foreign companies.
Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel said this while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS at a joint sitting of both houses of the federal parliament on Thursday.
He said that legal provisions would be made to allow Nepali citizens to take sweat shares for providing technology or knowledge or services of a specific nature to foreign companies.
He said that the government is going to allow companies opened in Nepal to invest abroad as well. Companies investing abroad will make arrangements to bring back 50 percent of their income to Nepal.
