Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Company Limited has announced a dividend for the fiscal year 2080-81. The company’s board of directors meeting held on Falgun 24 has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders from the profit of the fiscal year.
The company has decided to distribute a total of 15.079 percent dividend by distributing 15 percent bonus shares and 0.79 percent cash dividend (for tax purposes on bonus shares) of the current paid-up capital.
The said dividend will be distributed to shareholders after being approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the company’s annual general meeting.
