Neo Bank to be set up by FY 2082/83

Kathmandu. The government is going to establish neo bank within the fiscal year 2082/83 BS. Finance Minister Bishnu Poudel said this while presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2082/83 BS in the Meeting of the House of Representatives.

Finance Minister Poudel has said that the rural economy will be developed by expanding the reach of banks and financial institutions in remote areas. He also said that digital, mobile and branchless banking services would be expanded.
