Kathmandu. Neco Insurance is going to issue 25 percent right shares from Falgun 8. The company is going to issue 50 lakh 30 thousand 901.55 units of right shares in a ratio of 4:1.
According to which, this company will issue right shares worth 50 crore 30 lakh 90 thousand 155 hundred rupees at a face value of 100. It has already closed the book for the right shares on Magh 18. Therefore, investors who have been in place before that will be able to claim the right shares. Investors can apply for the right shares until Falgun 28.
Sanima Capital will act as the sales manager for its right shares. Applications for this right share can be made through the designated branch offices of Sanima Capital Naxal Kathmandu and Neco Insurance, the sales manager. In addition, applications can be made through ASVA-licensed banks and financial institutions from the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal and Mero Share, the company has informed through a notification.
