Kathmandu. Ncell in collaboration with Uptrendly has launched the ‘League of Creators’ campaign. It aims to identify and empower potential talented digital content creators spread across Nepal.
Launched with the theme ‘Create, Compete, Conquer’, the campaign’s competition provides a platform to those who want to become digital content creators to present their content based on the theme of ‘My Network, My Connectivity’.
Through the competition, the participants will get a chance to make their mark and also win a one-year brand deal with Ncell as a prize money of Rs 1 million.
The participants will be mentored by leading personalities from related fields like Sanjog Koirala, Pratima Adhikari, Mr. Foodie Nepal, Parakram Rana, Ekta Tandukar and renowned creators.
“It’s not just a competition, it’s a creative development journey, consisting of mentorships, workshops, opportunities to learn from real experiences, challenging phases, and exciting rewards. Through this campaign, we aim to give a platform to the next generation of our Nepali digital content creators by inspiring them to learn, move forward and make a difference through impactful content. As part of Nepal’s digital ecosystem, we are committed to playing an active role in talent development and transformation,” said Poonam Singh, Director, Marketing Communication and Sustainability, Ncell.
Registration for the tournament has been opened from Friday (May 18, 2082). All Nepali digital content creators above 16 years of age with or without prior experience can participate in this competition.
Participants must create a 30 to 90-second vertical video reflecting their personal or emotional understanding of their network and connectivity and post it on both TikTok and Instagram. While posting in this way, the caption should be tagged @Ncell Ncell and the designated mentor-like #TeamSanjog and #NcellLeagueOfCreators2025 hashtag should be written.
The last date for posting the video is June 27, 2082.
From the videos received from all over the country, the top 50 creators will be selected by mentors, who will receive special training and mentorship. The 50 creators will be divided into groups led by five mentors and each group will participate in the workshop to be held on Ncell Icon.
The campaign also includes a challenge round in which participants will have to prepare content according to the creative briefing provided to them and expert judges will evaluate it.
The grand finale of the League of Creators will be held on July 14, 2082 and the winners will be announced. The best talents will be honoured in the entertainment program. The main winner will get a one-year brand deal with Ncell worth Rs 1 million.
Special training, nationwide recognition and networking opportunities with top creators of Nepal are the added attractions of the competition.
In addition, concerned representatives of Ncell and the US Embassy will evaluate the content of the participating creators. There is no fee to participate in this tournament. Participants need to be in Nepal throughout the campaign period.
