Kathmandu. Ncell has been honored with ‘The HRM Award for Corporate Excellence-2024’. Ncell has been awarded the Best in the Multinational Company category at the 4th HRM Corporate Excellence Awards ceremony held on Tuesday.
The company said that this award reflects the continuous work and tireless dedication of Ncell, as a multinational company, to connect Nepal and Nepalis with telecommunications services for the last two decades.
The award was received by the company’s Marketing, Communication and Sustainability Interim Director Vishakha Laxmi Khadka and HR Manager Sukant Adhikari on behalf of Ncell.
This award is a recognition of Ncell’s remarkable contributions and achievements and the company’s commitment to providing excellence in all aspects of business operations. A testament to commitment. Ncell has always been committed to maintaining standards of corporate excellence, which sets a benchmark for the business world in Nepal.
As a responsible corporate citizen, Ncell has contributed over 320 billion rupees in revenue to the state under various tax and duty heads during the last fiscal year 2080/81 and has also contributed to economic and social development by implementing projects worth over 2 billion rupees in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, the company said.
