The camp was conducted in collaboration with the Hindu Buddhist Foundation of Canada, Nepal Cultural Society of British Columbia, Non-Resident Nepali Association Canada, and Nepali and other community organizations in the province, the embassy said today.
The camp provided passport renewal and other consular services to Nepali citizens, especially Nepali students residing in the Canadian provinces of British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Alberta. The embassy has been providing such services through camps near the provinces where the Nepali community and students are located for some time, according to a press release issued by the embassy.
