Matrubhumi Laghubitta seeks permission from SEBON to issue FPO

Kathmandu. Matrubhumi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission for an additional public offering (FPO).

The company is going to issue an FPO to adjust the share ratio after the merger with the former Kisan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited and Jalpa Samajuddhi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited. The company has sought permission to issue 1,149,982,598 units of FPO at a face value of Rs 100 per unit. From this, the company will collect Rs 114.998 crore.

Muktinath Capital Limited will act as the FPO issuance and sales manager.
