Kathmandu. CPN (Maoist Centre) lawmaker Durga Rai has questioned that the government’s decision to switch off the lights was a sign of the government’s life.
Speaking at a meeting of the House of Representatives on Sunday, she expressed her displeasure over the fact that the lights were switched off now. He said that the loss of lights is linked to the life of the government. Of late, the citizens are angry with the light going out and coming. As a result, the government is being opposed.
She said, “Today, the lights will go out, why the government? Is this a sign of the government’s life?”
Lawmaker Rai drew the attention of the government to the fact that the 10-km road in Banjhe Chyandanda section of Bhojpur and Khotang districts under the Mid-Hill Highway has been stuck for a long time.
