Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank and Dolma Consultancy have signed an agreement to act as a recovery consultant in loan recovery.
After the agreement between the bank and Dolma Consultancy, the bank will be able to provide legal advice, training and use international-level software used for loan recovery.
Dolma Consultancy has been collaborating with various national and international banks for banking strengthening. The bank is confident that the collaboration with Dolma Consultancy, run by experienced domestic and foreign experts, will strengthen the bad loan recovery system and make it easier for the bank and the loan customers to manage bad loans.
The bank has recently launched “Mahalakshmi Smart Sathi” by refining its mobile application in line with the bank’s policy of providing customers with state-of-the-art, secure and easy digital banking facilities.
