Mabilung Energy issues IPO worth Rs 189 million

Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal has given permission to Mabilung Energy Limited to issue an IPO. The company has been allowed to issue an IPO of 48.9998 percent of the issued capital.

The company will issue 1,890,530 units of IPO worth Rs 189 million 53 thousand with a face value of Rs 100 per share for the local residents and general public of the organizing affected areas.

Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited is the issue manager of the company.
