Kathmandu. Life insurance companies have collected more than 80 billion rupees in total insurance premiums in the first six months of the current fiscal year 2081/082. According to the financial statements released by the Nepal Insurance Authority today, life insurance companies have collected 80 billion 663.8 million rupees in insurance premiums.
Nepal Life Insurance Company is the company that has collected the highest total insurance premiums as of the end of the year. The company has collected Rs 22.45 billion 77 crore by mid-December.
As of mid-December of the current fiscal year, the National Life Insurance Company has collected Rs 2.77 billion and has paid renewal insurance premiums of Rs 2.24 billion.
The National Life Insurance Company has collected Rs 9.60 billion 80 million in six months, and has paid renewal insurance premiums of Rs 7.15 billion 55 million.
Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 9.46 billion and has collected an additional Rs 8.12 billion in renewal insurance premiums in six months. .
Met Life has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.86 billion in 6 months, while renewal insurance premiums have been collected at Rs 2.24 billion.
