Labor Act not applicable to banks and financial institutions, end to the tyranny of employee organizations

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has ruled that the Labor Act will not be applicable to banks and financial institutions. On Friday, the Supreme Court ruled in seven cases at once and explained that the Labor Act will not be applicable.
