Kathmandu. Kumari Bank Limited has celebrated its 24th anniversary by organizing various programs. On the occasion of the 24th anniversary, the bank has encouraged employees to wear ‘traditional costumes’ to show the importance of their respective traditions and culture.
The program is believed to have helped employees to identify and promote their cultural identity through costumes that represent their traditional background. Embracing diverse cultural traditions, the bank has emphasized ‘unity in diversity’ in its work area.
Through this initiative, the bank has continued its institutional culture and community work to promote a sense of internal belonging within the core mission of ‘For All, Forever’. In addition, blood donation programs have been organized from various locations on the occasion of the anniversary.
This aims to make a significant contribution to the need for blood banks and life-saving campaigns at the local level.
