Kathmandu. Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation Deepak Khadka has said that Nepal Electricity Authority Executive Director Kulman Ghising was given zero marks for not participating in the performance evaluation.
Responding to questions raised in the House of Representatives meeting on Thursday, Minister Khadka said this. He asked how many marks a student would get if he did not participate in the examination. He accused Executive Director Ghising of ignoring the agreement with the government by not submitting his performance within the stipulated time.
He said that no one is above the constitution and everyone should follow the law. Ghising said that he was given a zero rating because he did not comply with the government’s requests and did not recognize them.
Minister Khadka said that Ghising had been asked for clarification repeatedly because he had not complied with the government’s requests.
