Kathmandu. Currently, the country is experiencing partial influence of the western wind as well as the western low pressure system. The weather forecast bulletin issued by the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, Weather Forecasting Division this morning states that Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces will remain partly to generally cloudy.
Also, the weather will be partly cloudy to mainly clear in the remaining areas, while mist/fog has occurred in some places in the Terai areas.
