Gandaki. Gandaki Province’s Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management, Prakash Bahadur KC, has directed to take action against entrepreneurs who do not work as per the ministry’s circular.
At the meeting of the Ministry-level Development Problem Resolution Committee and the second quarterly progress review program of the current fiscal year, he directed to take the initiative to contact the construction entrepreneurs who are not working and start construction. He urged the construction entrepreneurs who are making excuses and delaying to implement the multi-year regular plan that was stopped before the current fiscal year to contact and start construction work. He instructed the construction entrepreneurs to take the process of taking action in writing if the work is not progressed as per the circular issued by the ministry.
The province’s Ministry of Physical Infrastructure Development and Transport Management has seen 45 percent progress in the physical and 31.15 percent progress in the financial aspects. Stating that the plans included in the annual development program of the current fiscal year should be completed on time, Minister KC directed that if the contract process of any plan is pending, the contract agreement should be signed by mid-Chait. He said that work should be done in such a way that at least 80% progress is achieved by the time of the annual seminar.
