Income of 3 million rupees from Ainapahra in seven months, 20 million rupees invested to promote tourism

Tanahun. Aanbukhaireni Rural Municipality has earned Rs 3 million in income from Aina Pahara Park in seven months. The amount was earned from Aina Pahara, which came into operation from the first week of Shrawan, until the middle of Magh.

The rural municipality has invested Rs 20 million to promote tourism in Aina Pahara located in Aanbukhaireni Rural Municipality-4, which is located next to the Prithvi Highway.

The stones on this mountain have been made artistic to attract tourists. The figure of Ganesh has been carved on the stone where the waterfall falls, while the attractive figures of a mother and child and an angel have been carved on the stone near the waterfall.

Anyone who reaches the said place feels happy. The attractive statues and figures built here have attracted the attention of tourists.

Bishnu Prasad Sharma, the chief administrative officer of the rural municipality, informed that 300 to 400 domestic tourists come here daily. He said, ‘The income is 300,000 to 400,000 per month.’

The number of students who come on vacation and educational trips tends to be higher. The entrance fee to the park is 50 for locals, 30 for students, and 100 for other municipalities and foreign tourists.

The rural municipality has deployed four employees, including garbage management. Tourists come here to see the waterfall in the rainy season and to see the artistic statues and figures in the winter.

There is an increased influx of domestic tourists during holidays. Chief Administrative Officer Sharma said that since the movement of tourists causes inconvenience in the parking area, additional parking has been arranged keeping that in mind.

The park with the Aina Pahara waterfall located along the Prithvi Highway has attracted the attention of domestic tourists. During the summer, tourists flock to the waterfall to beat the heat.

Recently, this place has become an attractive destination for travelers traveling via the Prithvi Highway. This place has become a resting place for travelers during the summer. The chairman of the rural municipality, Shukra Chuman, said that Ainapahara is being developed as a tourist destination in Gandaki Province.

The number of tourists visiting this place has increased after the carving of figures on the stones on this mountain. The water of the Siuri Khola, located at the foot of Chimkeshwari, the highest Mahabharata mountain range in Tanahun, flows into the waterfall.

The rural municipality has prepared a master plan to manage the Ainapahara waterfall.
