Kathmandu. IME Life Insurance Limited is going to distribute dividends to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company’s board of directors meeting held on Magh 29 has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders.
The company has announced that it will distribute 21.05264 percent cash dividend (including tax provisions) of the current paid-up capital.
The company has stated that the dividend will be distributed after it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the upcoming annual general meeting.
