How much is NLG Insurance’s dividend announcement, bonus and cash?

Kathmandu. NLG Insurance Company Limited has announced that it will distribute dividends to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.

The company’s board of directors meeting held on Baisakh 26 has decided to distribute a total of 2.63 percent dividend, consisting of 2.50 percent of the company’s current paid-up capital, i.e. 62.566 million, 448, as bonus shares and 0.13 percent as cash dividend for tax purposes.

The dividend will be distributed at that rate after being approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the upcoming annual general meeting.
