Kathmandu. Neco Insurance Limited has announced that it will distribute dividends to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company’s board of directors meeting held on Baisakh 11 has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders.

The company has announced that it will distribute a total of 7.3684 percent dividend, consisting of 7 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 0.3684 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The dividend will be distributed at that rate after being approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the upcoming annual general meeting.
