How much is National Life’s dividend announcement, bonus and cash?

Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Limited has announced to distribute dividend to the shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The company has announced to distribute 10 percent cash dividend (including tax purposes) and 5 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital.

A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on May 29 decided to distribute dividend at this rate.

However, the investors will get the dividend only after it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
