Kathmandu. Sanima GIC Insurance Company has announced a dividend. The company’s board of directors meeting held on Magh 24 has decided to distribute dividends to shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.
The company has decided to distribute a total of 7.8947 percent dividend, consisting of 7.5 percent bonus shares and 0.3947 percent cash dividend (including for tax purposes) of the current paid-up capital.
The company has stated that the company’s proposed dividend will be distributed to investors after it is approved by the Insurance Authority and the upcoming annual general meeting.
