How much dividend, bonus and cash has Reliable Nepal Life announced?

Kathmandu. Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has announced a dividend. The company’s board of directors meeting held on Baisakh 23 decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year.

The company has decided to distribute bonus shares at the rate of 12 percent of the paid-up capital and cash dividend of 0.6315 percent for tax purposes on dividends.

The company’s proposed dividend will be distributed to investors after it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and passed by the company’s upcoming annual general meeting.
