Kathmandu. Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. Pvt. Ltd. has done business of more than Rs. 11 billion in the nine months of 2025. The company, which has been distributing Bajaj brand of two-wheelers in Nepal, has done business worth Rs 11.22 billion in nine months.
In 2024, the company’s turnover declined to Rs 10.67 billion and in 2023, the company’s turnover was Rs 10.76 billion. Similarly, the company had a turnover of Rs 21.33 billion in 2022.
Founded in 1959, Hansraj Hulaschand & Co. is one of the oldest and reputed private sector vehicle distributors in Nepal. The company operates under golchha group and distributes bajaj brand two-wheelers and three-wheelers, KTM and Triumph brand motorcycles and fuel oils of Servo brand.
Operating as an authorized sales agent for Nepal, the company has been providing vehicles and services to customers through more than 300 sales centers and service centers across the country.
There are currently 19 shareholders in the company. Executive Chairman Shekhar Golchha owns 53.8 per cent shares while other shareholders hold less than 3.75 per cent shares each.
