Kathmandu. Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has said that the current government is aware of the importance of senior citizens. He said this while laying the foundation stone of a state-of-the-art building for the day service of the Senior Citizens’ Meeting Center Rupandehi on Monday.
He said that the government is aware of the importance of senior citizens and senior citizens. He informed that the things done for senior citizens so far are not enough and he wants to do more.
He said that it cannot be done just by thinking and the situation should support it to be fulfilled. He expressed his commitment to move forward in the development of the country with the blessings of senior citizens. Deputy Prime Minister Poudel pledged to stand firmly for the importance of senior citizens.
