Compared to Thursday, the price of a tola has decreased by Rs 1,400. Silver has increased by Rs 5 per tola. According to the Nepal Gold and Silver Merchants’ Federation, the price of a tola of gold has been fixed at Rs 190,800 today. Similarly, a tola of silver is being sold at Rs 1,960.
On Thursday, gold was bought and sold at Rs 192,200 per tola and the same amount of silver at Rs 1,955. According to international media reports, an ounce of gold is being traded at US$3,333 in the international market today.
