Kathmandu. Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has put up for sale promoter shares. The company has put up for sale 248,931 shares in the name of the promoter shareholders.
Founder shareholders interested in purchasing shares can submit an application to the company’s central office, Shuklagandaki 4, Dulegonda, Tanahun, specifying the number of shares they want to purchase, by collecting the necessary documents within 35 days of the publication of the notice.
Also, the company has informed through a notice that if the promoter shareholders do not submit an application within the specified time period, they will be brought into the sale process by another person or organization as per the law. The company’s issuance and sale manager is NIACB S Capital.
